Russell was the Chief Production Officer at Circle Capital Partners, a real estate investment company with a proven track record of expertise in multi-family acquisitions and development, land entitlement and development, Hospitality, and private and institutional capital raising.

He also led acquisitions and managed capital markets at Durham Hill Capital, contributing to the development of a successful asset portfolio of over $150,000,000 and over 1000 units during challenging market conditions.

Before joining Circle Capital Partners, and prior to focusing on real estate, he was a steeplechase jockey and trainer. He also worked as an bloodstock agent, buying and managing thoroughbred portfolios domestically and abroad for clients. He maintains a private racing and breeding operation to this day.
